About

It is the mission of the Operations and Maintenance Department staff to maintain the facilities, infrastructure, and grounds for Carroll County Public Schools in order to provide the best possible learning environment for our students and staff. This includes preventative maintenance, repairs, installation, and purchases of equipment for buildings, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and outdoor facilities.

The maintenance department maintains 912,341 square feet of buildings and other structures located on 307 acres of land. The replacement value of the buildings is $90,636,489.00 with a replacement value of the contents of $18,181,257.00.
