The School-Based Health Center is a comprehensive program that expands access to care for students, families, and staff in Carroll County Public Schools. We offer a holistic approach to address academic, physical, medical, and behavioral health needs in a convenient location and via telehealth appointments. Behavioral health services include counseling for mental health, substance use, social skills, and coping with everyday stress as well as traumatic events. Recognizing that 1 in 5 students face mental health challenges—and that many go untreated due to cost or access—our vision is to remove these barriers and ensure all Carroll County students and staff receive the care they need.
