CCHS Students

Welcome to Carroll County Public Schools!

Speaking as a member of the faculty and staff of the division, we promise to work collaboratively each day with the parents, students and other stakeholders in the community to provide the best educational experience for the children of Carroll County. We will strive daily to exceed the high academic standards and expectations set by you, the members of our community, as well as those set by our state and federal educational agencies. We are blessed to have the greatest kids in the Commonwealth and fully accept the responsibility to prepare them for continuing education, careers and the groundwork for becoming productive citizens in our community. We are proud of our past accomplishments but continue to re-imagine our schools and educational programs to ensure our students are prepared for the future.

We invite you to browse our website, visit our schools and talk with your child's teachers, administrators, and staff. We encourage you to take an active role in the education of our number one resource for the future, our children. Our mission is to provide education for all within our community, which respects, supports and encourages those who learn and those who teach in an environment that is safe and secure.

On behalf of the Carroll County School Board, I thank you for your continuing support of Carroll County Public Schools and look forward to working with each of you in accomplishing our vision of "Education for All...Success for Everyone." Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Mark A. Burnette, Ed.D. -- Superintendent
